Flipping Keys

Thought this book would give more insight into how Cesar started flipping houses and continue from there. If youre looking for insight and behind scenes of real estate business, this is NOT the book. Guess maybe it's being kept for his seminars and such, which is fine, but was not interested in the whole background and going to jail, feel lot could have been covered in a couple of chapters. There was nothing special in background to keep engrossed. Ghostwriting on this wasn't great, some things repeated over and over, needs better edit. I would not buy book if real estate is primary reason. If reason is to see how someone from urban background made success of self, then give it a read.

Keeping it real. I bought this book thinking I would get some "flipping keys" but its far from that. There are only 2 to 3 pages that have some basic information about his flipping strategy where he says he uses the same cabinets, materials and contractors for most of his properties which keeps the costs in a familiar range. There I told you all the useful information I got from this book, that's it! The rest of it is written in large font to take up space and pages. See the comparisons in my 2nd photo of Hayden Crabtree's Skip the Flip book in the bottom and Cesar's above. Cesar's book sums up to a biography with more details on his life, bad decisions and being locked up for selling drugs than you would expect from the title. With that said, I was left the same way I began. Don't buy this book if you want information on flipping strategies, there is nothing to learn here. It like reading your homies life story. I like cesar and have used him to start my own journey in real estate, but this didn't give any real info in flipping. This is more a biography of his life and experience. Great book wrong title

This book did a good job of telling his personal story. I will have to attend a seminar to hear specifics about real estate.

Book written about his life nothing about how to start flipping homes

Great book but in all honesty I thought it was going to give some insight into real estate or strategies into how to begin our own journey. This is more of a biography than anything

I gave this book a five stars me being an ex-felon it's motivated me to look into real estate I have a lot to learn and hopefully I can get more educated on real estate Ceasar Pena is a true example of people can change never let your past dictate your future if you put the work in you can turn it around!
