NeilMed Sinus Rinse Premixed Refill Packets with Xylitol, 60ct.

My doctor gave me a NeilPot because I got a cold earlier this year to get rid of stuffiness and postnasal draining. It only had two packets in it so I decided to get more and sleeted this. I had never used a NeilPot before with the rinse and just didn’t know what to expect. I am so happy I did it and got these packages because it was easy to use. For these packets, you just pour in the pot with water, shake and it’s ready to use. It really helped clean out the viral infection and help stop the annoying postnasal drip. It’s gentle to the nose and help put back moisture in the nose. Definitely recommend!

This is so much better than plain saline washes. The added xylitol helps with the mucus buildup and really cleans you out.

My ENT Dr. recommended using NeilMed Sinus Rinse - Xylitol. Take it from me, it really works. Best using after a hot shower.

If you haven’t tried this product, you should. Gets rid of painful sinus pressure and just a couple seconds. Sort of messy to use so make sure you’re all the way over the sink, but it does the job and makes you feel better very quickly.

The xylitol salt packets work much better for me than the regular ones. They have helped me get through sinus infections that would have otherwise required antibiotics and steroids. This is the only place I’ve found just the salt packets (without the bottle) so I like buying here but it took a week to arrive and shipping is a huge % of the product value. I wish I could find it locally (only reason for four stars)

I swear by this stuff! I like this better than the usual rinse from this company, which is good too. I credit using this stuff twice a day for not having a single cold all winter and so far making it through allergy season. As soon as I come in from mowing or working outside, I go straight to rinse with this stuff and don't have the usual rough night from allergies.

I buy this nasal rinse because it has Xylitol in it. I researched xylitol years ago and learned it had protective properties against infection. I use regular saline rinse via netti pot during pollen season. When I feel I am getting nasal congestionI will use the pre-mixed packets with xylitol. I rarely have sinus headaches anymore. The netti Pot is like a little teapot that pours saline mix through a nostril into the nasopharynx (back of the nasal passage and the throat) and out through the mouth or other nostril. This cleanses the area where allergens collect.

If you wanna do a sinus rinse do it with this one. I have tried other brands, and the other NeilMed salt packets and they all feel very uncomfortable in my nose. This one is like magic. No uncomfortable feeling what so ever, just relief from getting all that stuff outta there. I wouldn't use anything else.

Works way better than saltwater. Ive been using a regular nasal rinse for a month, and the results were limited and temporary. I switched to this Xylitol rinse, and after the 1st week, The results seem way better and last way longer.

I’m very happy with this discovery, it has made a real difference for me. Unfortunately, it’s hard to find in pharmacies in my area. The xylitol version is much gentler than the original one, which tends to burn over time and really irritates my sinuses. With this version, my sinuses stay hydrated for much longer. This is a true favorite for me, and I honestly wish I had discovered it sooner. The original version had become problematic. I’ve had sinus surgery, and this product has been part of my routine for the past 10 years to help prevent sinus infections.
