A good part of these were used in several tea blends we enjoy around here. My daughter by marriage loves the ginger, orange blend I made for her and it has become a part of her nightly ritual to have a cup before bed. My son alternates his chai blend by sometimes adding a little lemon or orange to the mix. I myself enjoy a good spice tea with orange and lemon mixed with cinnamon and a touch of cloves. What we aren't drinking is being used in baking and cooking. Ummm, roasted sweet potatoes sprinkled with a lemon infused chaat masala mix.

Love to add orange peel to my pork dishes. This tastes great and the bulk purchase is much more budget friendly, than the little jars. A plus, the size is not too large to store. I will keep buying this !

I brew 1/4 tsp of orange and 1/4 tsp of lemon in my pitcher of green tea. Adds flavor and I don’t have to sweeten the green tea as much. I sprinkle the lemon peel on meat as part of the dry rub, and it tastes fine. Not too strong or overpowering.

I am very frustrated. I really want to buy orange peel. All the orange peels sold on Amazon had some bad reviews - so I choose these peels because the average customer review was a little higher rated than other orange peels. So disappointing - so disgusting. This tasted like pith - and just pith. At this point I am just going to eat lots of oranges and dry the peels. What a waste of money! Unusable!

Highly recommend the orange peel! It is a wonderful addition to my spice cabinet. It has a pleasing citrus flavor and offers a great value. The lemon peel is not nearly as successful as it is very bitter. If I could rate them separately the orange would be 5, the lemon 1 star.

I had my doubts when I saw the good price, but it's excellent quality. Good flavor. A little goes a long way.

This is a bit course, so it required grinding to get it the right texture.

I was shopping for Lemon Peel & Orange Peel for recipes. When this came, it looks more like potpourri. So, it's been in my food storage for a LONG time. It came in a timely manner & was packaged well, so there were no tears in the bags. I don't feel I can give this a proper review, as I don't know how to use it. Maybe put it in a pan of water and simmer on the stove for fragrance in the kitchen? Maybe I will try that. As it is, I would not purchase this again. It would be nice if the manufacturer (seller) could give recipes on how to use this. My daughter suggested I put it in a coffee grinder to use as spice. I did not do that. So, in essence for me, it was a mistake & I would not recommend or buy again.
