I really enjoyed the chocolate protein mug cake I bought direct from Protein World and when I finished decided to try another flavour. I got this because it was cheaper than ordering on Protein World as you also have to pay delivery. This flavour definitely isnt as good as the chocolate. Its very sweet in a strange artificial way. I will finish the bag as I hate waste but I wouldnt recommend this flavour or order again.If you do want to try for yourself you literally mix this with milk or water in a mug and microwave for about 1 minute. I then add some low cal ice cream to eat it with- amazing. Protein isnt a huge amount so if youre looking for that its probably not worth it for you.

Pros - it taste good I really love protein world mug cakes I wouldn’t say it’s my favourite but it’s nice . I’ve tried chocolate which is lush and caramel chew that’s good too!Cons - listen it’s pricey I would normally order of the site but you have to pay for postage which works out same price as this item . I would say it’s good if you want one bag only and it to be with you the next day but if your ordering more stuff definitely order from there site directly.

While not high in protein compared to other 'protein' mug cakes this was by far the nicest I have tried so far. Not bad calories for the amount of cake either.

130 calories of meh. Had a strange salty flavour too. Not worth it for the price.

Do not buy! It shows the main picture as “gimme s’mores”…yet the description is vanilla choc chip! Only gave 1 start because I couldn’t give 0…bad false advertising
