Great nailer
This palm nailer is so great. The magnet inside is wonderful and it really gets after it. Too powerful for a pancake air compressor we had to bust out the big one but it’s great! We have another one from a different brand and it spits grease. Not this Senco, a little at the beginning, then just went to work.

Easy to use
Works great. I won’t use a hammer again !

A Great Nail Gun Replacement - very handy
I bought this as an adjunct to a Bostich Nail Gun (one star), which was a total, complete failure. On the other hand, this palm nailer was strong enough that I could use two fingers to drive a nail. I REALLY like this unit; it's solid, functions perfect (after I oiled it up), and did almost everything I asked of it. With this unit you don't really need a nail gun; yeah - it's that fast.

Senco palm nailer does the job
I bought this palm nailer for some close quarter nailing I had to do. I am a full time carpenter for the last 25 years. I went with Senco because that the brand that I have found the most reliable. I was not disappointed with my purchase. I had to nail a sleeper under an existing roof, the space was too small for a standard framer. I got the Senco just for this application. I did an awesome job and it was easy to toe nail the rafters to the sleeper with this nailer also. I am glad I have it now, I am sure I will use it for many more uses. It was a breeze with the few joist hangers I had to nail off also. If you think you might need one just get it, its only $70.

Lightweight & Reliable
Love using this nailer! This allowed me to climb all over and have the confidence of using a lightweight and extremely powerful palm nailer. Highly recommend!

Tried two. Both leaked air. Support was horrible.
The media could not be loaded. UPDATE:After returning for a replacement, the second one still leaks, right out of the box (with oiling).I replaced the leaky nailer with another one and same thing. The gasket on this nailer is completely porous. Air just goes right through the gasket. You can actually see the leak because the oil bubbles right out of the gasket on the outside of the unit!So I called Senco to see if they are aware of this problem gasket and might be able to send me a gasket that doesn't leak. It went something like this:Me: Hi, I love the power of this thing but it leaks. I can see the oil coming through the gasket!Senco: "If you don't oil it before use, that will cause problems."Me: "Um. Sorry. I did oil it. In fact the oil is being pushed right through the gasket under pressure. You can see it!"Senco: "Well, if you don't oil it before use, that will cause problems."Me: "Wait... I am telling you I DID oil it."Senco: "If you don't oil it before use, that will cause problems."I wish I were kidding. Because I want this nailer. It hits hard. Great magnet (so much better than the Bostich), and great sensitivity. This thing hammers nails like a beast. It's my favorite, but it just Leaks. Like. Crazy. And support was so impossibly arrogant, wouldn't listen or own up to any issue. Just blamed me for not oiling it (by the way, the manual does not even say to oil before use).I returned the second one as well because who wants a leaky nailer?!BTW. As others mention, the strap is paper-thin and WILL break. You'll have to make your own.ORIGINAL: Want to love this, but . . . it leaks, right out of the box. This is a beast of a palm nailer. I love its power, but dogonne if it doesn't leak like crazy. I'm returning it and trying another one. If it didn't leak, I'd love it!

Works great
This thing is a beast and really saved my shoulder! I used it to drive over 150 pole barn spikes (60D 6"). I did have to find a 60D nail with a touch smaller head that would fit inside the driver. Another option would be to remove the magnetic nail holder. It was great that I could use either hand to give the other one a rest.

Disappointing.
This is a huge palm nailer. It says up to 7 inch nails. Well, that would be pole barn nails and it doesn't drive them. Probably works ok for 16d nails but so do the littler ones for half the price.I just pre drilled and used a hammer. Disappointing.

Keep oiled
Works great! Drives 4 and 5" spiral nails with ease, just watch for knots. It will bend the nails.Very happy with this palm nailer
