1928 JewelryVintage-Inspired Rotating Crystal Necklace, 30"

Q: What kind of metal is this?

I bought three of these and one of them had a stone fall out after only two or three months. Amazon wouldn't replace because it was just past their policy date, and all communications with 1928 jewelry co were ignored. Money down the drain. The other two have been fine though. The chain looks like brushed black metal but I don't know what type it is if you're concerned about allergies.

Q: Is this necklace nickel free?

Not sure, but a word of warning - bought three of these as gifts. A couple months afterwards, one of the stones fell out and was lost. Amazon said it was past their return policy; customer service at 1928 Jewelry website ignored my request for a warranty replacement or a replacement jewel :-(
