My son installed this in replacement for the previous model, of which we had to have two, due the ‘hot and cold’ temperature bar keep ceasing up! Thankfully this is a much better model. Looks good too.

This is a potentially attractive combination shower with a waterfall head and handheld attachment. The handheld attachment is useful for rinsing down the shower after use, as well as for other jobs such as hair washing depending on how and where it has been fitted.The vast majority of the parts are chrome plated plastic and therefore are unlikely to prove to be durable in terms of looks over the years of cleaning that will be necessary. The only heavy parts are those that need to deal with the water supply where solid brass fixings are supplied, so there shouldn’t be any leaks where it matters most. The chrome plated parts look well finished and shiny as new but, as I said, I wonder how good they will appear in a year from now after limescale has been tackled a few times; my experience with chrome plated plastic has not been highly positive and it does eventually show signs of age, sooner rather than later.The item shipped in the product box and unfortunately the pole was missing due to a mishap along the way, so I haven’t been able to get this fitted. When checking out, it would be a good idea to select to have it shipped in a second, outer box if that option is available to ensure everything arrives.

Overall impression - very good product and after 4 months of regular use it is still doing good, hopefully won't let me down soon, but...The product comes in a quite big box, package quality - average.Inside pieces are all packed separately so there's a low chance to damage during transportation.The shower was installed about 4 months ago and it really needs skill and care to install properly and make it work as expected.The part where the water is coming to and controlling the temperature also has to be installed only after the users manual was consulted because in our care the master had to disassemble it after first install, read the book and install it again, properly.The water supplying part is heavy and it feels well made and great quality pieces used in there.The rest of the pieces - the waterfall shower and the shower head feel cheaper, I do believe it's plastic coated with some chrome layer, looking amazing while new but I doubt it will last during the time. Luckily, they are easy to replace and we already replaced the shower head for a much better one. This wouldn't be an issue if this product wouldn't cost £260+ because for this price, one will expect every part to be very good.Obviously, chrome plated pieces will always have spots front he water and once in 2-3 weeks we clean it properly to have it good and working for as long as possible. Looks amazing every time after cleaning.The temperature control will be very tricky if the base is not installed properly so please take good care while installing. Apart from that, it is indeed a very well designed and made part and that's probably the worthies part from this product.No leakage after installation.Problems about this product -- the waterfall shower and the shower head are not the quality that was expected. Both peices feel cheap, light and not likely to work even 1 year. As mentioned, I've already replaced the shower head because it's not that expensive a new good one anyway.- the price. The whole product is not really worth the money. At the moment of reviewing, the price is about £265 which is quite a lot.Although, we still enjoying it working, it's now the central piece in our shower and if the price would be a bit lower, it would be perfect!

The triton shower in silver chrome is such a luxury fitting in a bathroom, we are just working to fit a new toilet and shower and this just perfect to fit in. Can't really tell on how easy to fit it because its all been changed by a plumber. As it is in a silver chrome colour it fit my new toilet perfectly. I don't get used to use a dual shower before with switch, but with a few practice i really love it, highly recommend.
