Poor Quality Control
Foot pedal did not work at all, no lights lit up, no affect on the amp, nothing. Zero customer service from T.C. Helicon. Had to return it to Amazon.

One Amp, One Acoustic Guitar, One Microphone
You get vocal harmony processing and pitch correction on one channel, your guitar on the other channel. a looper and footswitch, a full range speaker, and all the digital/analog inputs/outputs needed for rehearsal, recording or stage use. Since you have a full range speaker vs a acoustic guitar combo amp, you are going to probably dial down the treble and mids a bit and in some cases add a bit of bass to the eq on the guitar channel. Vocals come out clear and the pitch correction is great for developing a more musical voice. This amp and a Martin D-X1E, and you are ready to go. IMHO, you won't be reselling either of these unless you abandon music altogether Amazon is going to sell plenty of these as people start to catch on.

Unreliable
The first one arrived without a working vocal harmony LED indicator on the foot switch... Even though could hear the harmony effect. The guitar channel on the amp went totally out within 3 weeks. The whole unit was returned and replaced. The replacement arrived without a functioning footswitch LED for the Looper. In both cases I tried reprogramming the footswitch but it would not correct the problem. ...lousy quality control! Update: been using it for three years now. I reassigned the pedals to different than factory setting and has been working ever since. It's a pretty amazing amp but have to have a bit of patience.

A great little amp for singer/guitarists. I had been looking for an amp with both Guitar and Vocal effects to replace a bank of pedals. This one fits the bill admirably. Looks good, sounds good and does everything I want it to. Compact and powerful too.
