You can use any bowl that will fit under it, I use several different ones

Where is the user's manual?

No, I went on to the all manual finder and they could not find one either. Watch some videos about the salad master (which is the original and better) and you can see how the cones work.

I wanted one of these for years. I love to cook and used my mother's when I was young. Back in the day, it was known as a Salad Master. This one is just as good. Works quite well and is very easy to clean. It uses no energy buy my arm and hand.
