Product Description Latte is what it’s called and what it’s for. Created by combining beans from Latin America and India, this is a smooth, finely ground coffee with hints of chocolate and caramel. It’s hot milk’s best pal (whether dairy or oat milk). With the flavours making their presence clearly felt through the milk. For best results, grind the beans finely. The new range: Latte is one of our new range of coffees. The others are Cafetière and Espresso. They were all created with one role in mind. And we’ve printed that on each pack in nice big letters. So making coffee you love has never been simpler. Or tastier. Coffee beans aren’t the only way to enjoy Latte. It’s also available as ground coffee. They're OK, but no better than other beans I've tried
I'm not sure what is supposed to make these beans especially suitable for espresso. They taste OK, but nothing special. I don't think I'll buy them again.

Great value for money and makes a great latte
I usually buy coffee to make multiple latte's every morning, a routine I've been doing for decades. I've tried lots of different brands (both in the US and UK) and thought I'd write a review about this one in particular, since it has become my go-to-coffee bean of choice. If you're looking for something to closely match a coffee that you'd find in a coffee shop, then stop looking because this is it. Honestly I'm now ordering the fourth 3-pack of this coffee because it's all around great coffee. I would frequent my local coffee shop more often, but my coffee always tastes better! Will it make a good espresso, no question - yes. Latte's, flat whites, cappuccino's - all great. Made in a good coffee machine (or carafe or moka pot), ground correctly, it ticks all the boxes as the one all-rounder that you'll repeatedly fall back on. It also works well with flavour shots, if that's your thing. Is it as good as SF Bay Coffee? Absolutely no competition. Starbucks (Pike Place or regular)? Taylors has better flavour and much better value for money (incidentally, bagged Starbucks Coffee beans/grounds are contracted to Nestlé across Europe). The only thing that consistently beats this in flavour is some of the more expensive coffee beans roasted and blended by/for smaller coffee shops (so I alternate bags of this coffee with those for some variety - we easily go through a half kilo of coffee a month!). This is 100% Arabica.I discovered this coffee whilst visiting a large grocery store. The bags sold there are the smaller half size and cost 1/3 more by weight. So you're getting a good deal here for exactly the same coffee. The three pack shows up in a box meant for retail sale. It's Rainforest Alliance Certified, so the coffee bean farmers are getting a decent wage for the product. Taylors state this coffee is a 4 (where 3 is light and 7 is dark) - I'd say it's always been a 5. Certainly not burned to a crisp (i.e. a French Roast of 7). The beans are not oily (so the oils are retained in the beans where they should be until released when freshly ground). The expiry date is a year out or so, but all coffee should be consumed much earlier than that. It will keep as the bags are well sealed. At this price, it would be criminal not to try it as an old standby.

Old Stock 454 g Packs---update
Love these beans, and have been buying for years now. Have just switched back from buying 227 g packs with April 2023 sell by date. These have September 2022 sell buy which makes them very old stock according to the manufacturer reply to a question relating to sell by datewill not buy this way again.I must have had a 'dry' batch, as despite my previous review, I have bought more of these packs. They still seem to have a shorter date than the 227g packs, but the quality,(8 packs since April), has been consistently excellent. Lovely flavour, consistent grind and consistency. Great daily espresso beans
