I wasn’t expecting much of these pills. I didn’t think it would actually give me energy but I’m glad it actually delivered abs made me eat my words. I take two of these pills in the morning while drinking my coffee and it knocks sleep out of me and give me the energy to get things done. Since taking them everyday has been a very productive day. I definitely recommend it. However, I’ve found that though it works wonders taking 2 pills a day compared to one pill, I have developed some insomnia. I can’t seem to fall asleep until around 1-2am when before I could put my head on the pillow and fall asleep within minutes.

I have been taking this for the past six weeks and it has definitely given me a boost for my workouts in both in terms of having more endurance during the workout and also being able to recover more quickly afterwards.There are are no artificial ingredients and I did not suffer from any adverse effects as a result of taking these supplements. Definitely something I would buy and use again once my current supply runs out.

Since I started taking these, I don't feel as tired and "old." I have more energy without the jitters. I didn't even notice the difference at first, because the changes were subtle. I get more work done during the day and I just feel better overall.
