Q: Will these keep your feet warm working in a 35° factory freezer for several hours?

Easily! I have snow shoed and snowmobiled we'll below that for hours and my feet started plenty warm. And my feet get cold easily

Q: Do I need to oil these boots?

No absolutely not do not..I did oil my first carhartt boots, they failed that way in the corner under laces wore a whole and they still looked great cuz I kept them clean !

Q: Will this insulation keep your feet warm if sitting in a stand all day?Or is it like Thinsulate that only work if moving or active?

They will keep you warm, but if not cold the do build up moisture.
