Alfalfa is rich in vitamin K and chlorophyll, which is why I got it. I am pregnant and want to up my vitamin k levels so I hopefully won’t have another post part I’m hemorrhage. Every morning I make my raspberry leaf tea and add a tsp of this powder. It tastes like grass- literally like what alfalfa grass smells like- but it’s oddly hearty and satisfying, especially as a morning beverage when you’re missing coffee. The dregs are a bit gritty but I always drink them to make sure I’m getting the maximum benefits. I bet in a shake or smoothie you would not even taste it or feel the texture. Overall, I’m loving it and when I’m out I will for sure buy it again. I heard it’s great for breastfeeding too.

Makes it nice and green color to tea and Frappes. Powder Alfalfa is 100 percent better than the large alfalfa pills I used to swallow.

I am very pleased with this alfalfa powder, it has a good flavor and is very high in vitamins, iron and calcium. Highly recommend it.

I use this to color homemade soap! Love it!
