Lovely toothbrush
Lovely colour, fab travelling case, really useful, and it works like a charm, decided I needed a new one changed mine as my teeth were starting to feel a bit ropey and I'm really pleased with my purchase, teeth feel much cleaner, bit pricey but what price good teeth!

It seems to do a good clean
As usual nowadays you need an app to check your scrubbing. The cost would be cheaper without the app and connection but thats what its like. Hope fully a good investment

Complete Rip-Off and an Utter Disappointment!
I've been a loyal Philips Sonicare customer for nearly 20 years, but their quality has been steadily declining while their prices are skyrocketing. My last Sonicare stopped working just outside the warranty, not happy but I thought I'd give this supposedly new, "improved" AI version a try. BIG MISTAKE.This piece of junk stops halfway every single time I use it. AI? What AI? There's absolutely no evidence of any meaningful artificial intelligence in this cheap, flimsy gadget. It feels like a toy, not a premium toothbrush.To make matters worse, THIS SELLER HASN'T EVEN HAD THE DECENCY to respond to my complaints. I also contacted Philips customer care, and guess what? No reply. For the amount of money I spent, I expect at the very least some basic customer service.I've returned this worthless toothbrush and will never buy Philips again. Thanks for nothing, Philips!

Great toothbrush
This is my second Philips sonic toothbrush. Fantastic battery life, love the travel case etc. My last one lasted 5 years.

Expensive but so good
I had a diamond clean model before which was about 8 years old but needed a new one. This has cleaned my teeth so much more. Very happy with my purchase. Battery life is very good and the travel case is a great addition.

Not worth it
This product was great for the first year but just stops working - Phillips and Amazon do no provide any after care. For the price range this is just rubbish

Happy with it! 2 pin doesn’t effect me too much, can simplest use usb-c charge method with any usb c cable you already have

Overpriced toothbrush but cleans cery well
Expensive for a toothbrush, but it cleans your teeth so well. Overpriced I feel, and I do hope this lasts longer than the last one!
