Mizuno Low Rise Sliding Compression

These shorts pretty much deliver what they claim. If you search around enough (not necessarily on Amazon) you can get a wide variety of colours, which is a nice change from boring black. I managed to get seven colours I like.These are (as far as I'm aware) no-name brand shorts. Maybe Mizuno are a big fashion brand somewhere, but I had never heard of them. If you're super brand conscious then you probably won't want them. I hate being a walking advert, so the fact that the small logo (bizarrely located on the inside leg) pealed off after a couple of washes was a feature to me rather than a flaw.I would have liked them to have been a bit higher-rise, but then I'm 6'1", so others probably wouldn't mind the way they are and low-rise is how they're pitched.I use them mostly when riding a recumbent exercycle with a well-padded seat. These short work well for that, and are vastly cheaper than padded cycling shorts, which aren't available in these interesting colours. Beats boring black any day.One final point of advise: These shorts are great if you want to look and feel good when you're getting your exercise, but if you exercise hard, be ready for sweat to change the colour of the shorts - in patches, since none of us leaks uniformly. You may wear this as a badge of honour, of course, but if you don't like the idea of wet patches showing, you might want to stick with the darker colours.

This is a seldom style of shorts of this type that you can find in size XXS, and they provide comfortable compression if you have size between 0 and 2. But wow, the middle panel is see through (I've noticed that not immediately, only with more light from the back), so you need to be very brave to "go public" in them uncovered...

I ordered these in White and purple all 2X. They fit below the natural waist but there is no compression in the leg area. I do not have big thighs though.also the White are about two inches shorter than the purple ones. Otherwise they size is the same. There is no padding ...which I like.I did keep both pair and am waiting for the red and pink to be delivered.i will use them under tennis skirts

I decided to get these for my daughter. She always wears sliders for softball, but hates they way the fit and bunch up. So when reading all the reviews on these, I decided to try them.She absolutely loved compression factor, they never bunch up or cause rashes, even during a full day of softball in 90 degree weather. We were completely satisfied and will be order more pairs.

Nice compression but did not feel like high quality shorts. Started to look very worn after a few washings.

These shorts are sized small, but from reading other reviews, that's what I expected. They seem to do the job.

Just the right fit and support. Comfortable and easy to wash. I have washed them many times and they have not lost their original fit.

This is great for those athletic moments where you don't want chub rub to stop you. The length hits a little above the knee and doesn't ride up. Gives you a bit of a muffin top, but that's my problem - not the shorts.
