Product is…okay. Mediocre suction, and the reason it comes with two HEPA filters is that the first one blocks very quickly, reducing the suction even more.Perfectly adequate for very light work around the house, it’s light and has sufficient battery life to do the job. Just expect what you pay for. I used it to do the front foot wells of my car, which weren’t that dirty and it got the job done, barely. I suspect a lot of the 5* reviews on here are to do with the “We’ll send you a €15 gift card for a 5* review scam” that comes in the box with it. Actually what prompted me to write an honest review.

I needed this product, for cleaning a couple of cars, to replace an old Black&Decker one which plugs into the 12v socket, (so I used to have to keep the car running).This OZOY is not a perfect product... the instructions are imperfectly translated and don't explain what the extra (different type) filter is for, and the bag it comes in doesn't quite hold the vacuum and all the accessories, you have to run it on full power to get enough suck to lift bits of grass from sticky car carpets, and I'm not keen on the name! (OZOY??)But then, I don't care about the name and it exceeded expectations in lots of ways.I wasn't expecting a bag at all, or an extra filter. I wasn't expecting a battery-life indicator.The attachments are ideal for getting into a car's awkward little corners. It's lightweight, easy to clean and more than powerful enough to get the job done. And it's very, very good value - even at this entry-level.The big issue I was concerned about was battery life. I'm not sure how long it will last overall, but even with the charge it was delivered with, I was able to clean both of our cars (a 2-seater convertible and a hatchback) including the boots and back seats. Probably used it around 15-20 minutes on full power and it still has 2 bars (lights) out of 3 lit. So, for me, its more than good enough.It might not suit a Professional Car Valet person, but it's ideal for me, doing 2 cars maybe once a month.Also, it arrived super quick which was ideal for me, as we'd used the nicer car recently for a really long trip.

Firstly this was delivered within 12hrs but that’s not what this review will be based on. Over the years I’ve ordered many hand held vacuums for my mother who has trouble using the standard size vacuum’s and now that she has used the OZOY 9500Pa i can report back that this is the best. It’s light weight which is ideal for her and the light use it was required for was completed with ease. So if you’re after a handheld vacuum appliance then you can’t go far wrong !!

this item is very handful and you don`t need to bend your back like the others vacuums . you have either extendable tube and is very easy to use. very easy to clean . and is nice that have 2 power levels that helps you a lot. i will definitely recommend to my friends. is doing the job very good and is got a strong battery that sometimes i forgot to recharge it . well done . finally find the one i really need .Kind Regards

Bought this for small jobs upstairs, daft things like crumbs in bedsheets or the floor after breakfast etc.Great little hoover for all small jobs wherever you need it at home, the car, lounge, & bedroom, stairsAs a disabled person I wanted a small hoover with decent suction, lightweight and this fit the bill perfectly.Very pleased with it and would recommend it. The media could not be loaded.  I bought this vacuum as I have a dog and his hair is everywhere in the house. The vacuum has a very strong suction power and its very easy and comfortable to use it , as its very light.Highly recommended it . Also it comes with a storage bag .Worth the money and very happy with this purchase.

Bought this mainly for using to clear the car and to vacuum the dog sleeping area every morning. Haven't tried yet in the car but it's doing a great job picking up my labradors dog hair ! Suction is good, it's looks good and is lightweight . Good attachments.

It's a great hand held vacuum and this is my 3rd hand held and is so far the best one. I use it daily to pick up bits from kids, dog and in the kitchen. Haven't even needed the extra power suction yet, it picks up easily on the normal suction. Can't wait to tackle car with it. The bag and attachments are a great extra.
