The handles are also very skinny: there's no weight to them, and overall they're just not very pleasurable to hold.And if that wasn't enough, the knife blade has little depth making it a poor choice for the spreadage of buttery goodness.Looked really cool in the picture, but really rather disappointed. I probably should have returned them straight away but I dithered.

Surprised by the weight - very sturdy. Flatmate is happy with her present. Tied this up as if a bouquet for mother's day - had a good laugh and was thrilled with this. Elegant design too.
