My son is 17 and a quarterback in high school. Every day he comes home we need to ice his shoulder, this ice pack has been fantastic for coverage we ended up using a 1/3 rubbing alcohol in 2/3 water mixture and we keep this in the freezer. It maintains a very, very, cold ice pack that last well longer than 30 minutes for his icing. The harness that comes with it is super easy to use for one person and does a nice job of holding the ice exactly where he needs it.

I am a pretty big dude and was worried it wouldnt fit. The parts that wrap around your body are long so it should fit just about anyone :)

My daughter is a softball pitcher and we ice after every game. This product is a perfect fit not matter the size of person or child. The only thing I don't like about it is that it will sweat through the bag if not emptied right away. We sometime have 2-3 hour travel time and cannot always stop to dump the ice wate out so it will sweat through. But it does stay on place on her shoulder.

Use this regularly after a double rotator cuff tear surgery. Works great. I filled the bags with 1 part rubbing alcohol and 3 parts water and it stays slushy and moldable out of the freezer.

It is one of the best but it is far from perfect. It can be prone to leaking and is VERY bulky.The bulk does allow for incredible coverage though. There is always a trade-off.

Great ice pack. The Velcro keeps the ice packs exactly where you want it is very secure.

My daughter's problem area is lower on her back shoulder so it is sometimes difficult to get the ice packs in the right place. It stays well and she is able to walk around while icing her shoulder (both front and back). We've had no problems with leaking.
