Fast and efficient
Fast and efficient shipper of my only fav oatmeal. The delivery folks were rough on the tape since the bottomwstrip had worn loose - perhaps add a second trip to make sure itโs stable with rough handling. Will buy again

These are great... BUT CHECK YOUR BOX!
I love this oatmeal and eat it literally almost every morning for breakfast. They're the best I've found in both flavor and texture. ***BUT*** in 2 of 3 recent orders, there have been dead black bugs in the bottom of my boxes. I'm not sure what kind of bugs they are, and they are dead and dried up in the box, but I don't want bugs in my food boxes!! In addition, sometimes the bottom of the bags inside the box are cut too shallow sho the oatmeal falls out into the box. That wouldn't be a huge deal... but that's where the dead bugs are!! Yesterday morning was the last straw as I forgot to check my new box and was cooking my oatmeal as usual and a strange smell because coming from the pot. It was really bizarre so I checked the bottom of the box... sure enough, it was filled with bugs. Either the bugs or the insecticide used to kill them had gotten into my oatmeal. The package says they're non-gmo, so I would think there were no pesticides used, but oh well.So in short:Great oatmealDead bugs in some boxesSome bags cut too shortPossible insecticideSomething is badly wrong with quality control at this company right now. I'm haunting all orders until/unless I hear back from them.

Best oatmeal I've tried
I used to not like oatmeal, it was too watery. This brand changed my mind, first it's easy to make just take 1/3 cup oatmeal to 3/4 cup hot water. I use the water from the hot water spigot on my sink. You microwave it for ten minutes on Los power. My 9ven is pretty low powered so I use 40 percent and it comes out perfect. You then can add your favorite sweetener and my got is cinnamon, the spicy one. This oatmeal is chewy and filling, especially on a cold morning. It's delicious and to know how good it is for you is just another benefit. Also there is no stirring so you can do other things to get ready whileIt's cooking.

Best oatmeal ever!
Even if you think you hate oatmeal, try this. Itโs so good I get cravings for it. Perfect consistency, nutty flavor and healthy to boot. A nice warm bowl of this with a glob of molasses & a drizzle of milk has been my dessert more than once โ by choice!

Hands down the best oatmeal!
I love this oatmeal. The flavor and texture are so good - it wipes all other brands off the map. Try it. You will never eat Quaker (or even Bob's Red Mill) again.

Best *microwavable* oatmeal I've ever found.
Follow the amounts exactly, 10 minutes on Low, and you have perfect microwave oatmeal. Great taste and texture. After it's cooked, I mix in some chopped pecans and a couple teaspoons of coffee creamer and it's a delicious breakfast.

excellent product
If the only oatmeal you've eaten is Quaker Oats, you'll be pleasantly surprised at how much better Silver Palate Thick & Rough Oatmeal is. The texture is chewy rather than mushy, and the taste is nutty rather than bland. I make it with milk rather than water for extra richness. Throw in some raisins, dried cranberries, fresh fruit, walnuts, a little cinnamon sugar -- whatever you like and have on hand. It's a delicious, nutritious and satisfying breakfast. Be sure to follow the directions carefully if you cook it in the microwave. You'll need a deep bowl and no higher than 50 percent power level; otherwise it will boil over. It's not an instant breakfast by any means, but well worth the time.
