Do you have to drill holes or do that fit existing holes for installation on 2020 f150?

No extra drill needed on your truck and the installation is pretty easy. I mounted them onto my truck, and they fit with the Factory Screws and Factory Fender Flares. There are additional holes provided if you want to add additional screws to get a tighter installaiton,additional screws and holes came with ford f150 mud flaps.
