Favorite vinegar
I use it for everything, it has very mellow subtle taste, very sophisticated, regular vinegars can be very sour and easy to overdo, but this one is not like that. Even if you accidentally use too much, it’s not going to be too sour. Will purchase again

Cap was broken but it's is great vinegar!
Cap was broken and vinegar seeped all over my other items (hence the 4 star review) but it really is excellent vinegar and a bargain compared to others I've bought. Fast delivery and a great product. Maybe more cushioning for delivery.

Great Product
I had a hard time finding this locally and the one store no longer carries it. I love using this for making my own homemade dressings. The flavor is a bit lighter and not as pungent as other vinegars. Highly recommend if you have not tried it yet.

Gives a sparkle and lively flavor to dishes!
How did I not use champagne vinegar before now? I guess because it was too expensive but this seemed like the right price so I went for it.. This vinegar is great to use for diy salad dressings, I add a splash on roasted vegetables with a bit of olive oil, salt and pepper. I use it as a 10 min marinade with seasonings on fish, and I was pleasantly surprised when I decided to splash some on sardines out of the can, which gave them a nicely elevated flavor and cut some of the sardiney taste. If I don't have a fresh lemon handy, I reach for the champagne vinegar, and it dresses up a fresh fruit salad nicely also.
