Waste of Money
The phones arrived and were very easy to set up but that is the only good thing about them.They constantly make a buzzing noise when on a call which then keeps clicking You can hardly hear the person on the other end of the line.Reported to this to Amazon via customer services who could not hear what I was saying then all the person done was said I will connect you to BT customer services who were not open.So paid all this money and still have no phones that are working. So my advise DONT but these phones.Only gave one star when really wanted to give nothing.

Absolutely terrible - AVOID
We brought these after our other phones broke down. They are terrible. The sound quality both for hearing yourself and also the other person hearing you is dreadful. I have yet to have a single phone call on the phone without the person on the other end saying "where have you gone - I've lost them" because the sound just goes. Completely ridiculous - really disappointed. Expected more from BT.

Good in some ways
A good set of cordless phones which has some features not on my original set like time and number for answer phone messages but is hand free (great when one has to hold for 20 minutes (increasingly needed under COVID19) and one only has to enter contacts on one hand sets and then is shared by all the other handsets plus a big RED block button.. Maybe a more expensive set would have all these features.Why does no answer phone have a audible signal when a new massage has been received.

Poor customer service
Initially these 3 phones were working ok but then I realised one of the base units wasn't charging. Amazon advised me of a replacement charger which they sent but on arrival it did not fit! After a few contacts they eventually said they could not supply the base charger but they would replace the whole lot (3 phones and 3 base units). However I had to send them back before I could get a refund. When I said that would leave me without a phone for up to 2 weeks they said it was the only option. In addition the refund was less than I paid and they still haven't explained why this is. So my only option is to purchase new phones and when they arrive return the old phones for a refund. Extremely poor customer service!!! If anyone can advise how I complain directly to Amazon I would be grateful to know.Paul

Full history of calls
Having had a BT phone previously which was ideal, I was disappointed with this one. For £70 ( and this was £20 less than full price), it did not have some of the features I would have expected. For one, it does not have a 24 hour clock -how old fashioned is that? Also, missed calls do not show on the handsets as a “missed call”. You can select the option to show missed calls, but then the history ONLY shows missed calls. Another problem is it does not show calls made. All these exclusions were on my previous BT phone which I had had for many years. Disappointed is an understatement.
