This fits very nicely with the little green book. I use it to track my daily meds.

I used the US Government 5-1/8" x 8" note book. It worked out well. A 5" x 8" general purpose note book would be easier to install. One has to be very careful to avoid breaking the note book binder back during installation into the book cover.Thanks very much.

Pay attention to the specs
So, it is definitely my fault. I purchased this not knowing how hard it is to actually find a "ledger"type book that will fit. The smallest I can find is 5 1/2" and there is NO stretch to this. Went to all the major sales places, nothing even close...was told it was an old military style and maybe I could find one on surplus...... My advice, get something bigger

Deployment use everyday
Use it everyday. Holds pens, zippered pocket to store stuff. Standard green notebook fits in it perfectly. Put moto patches on it. For the price it is great bang for the buck.
