Not as described on web site.
The coco mat does not seat rounded in our 20” basket. The liner will not form and has folds that will not conform. The basket is 20” W x 10”” H. The coco liner sits approximately 1 1/2” from the top of the basket.After filling it with soul and plants I thought the liner was conform even though it was lower than the basket. We gave up. It was $30 delivered and $30 wasted. Never again.

DISAPPOINTED
I ordered 2 of these last year & loved them, not so this year. They were folded flat, not preshaped as last year, not the same size either. Disappointed

Too short, not the correct size...cheaper to buy a whole new hanging basket with the cocoa fiber already installed....
Very disappointed that it's actually 2 inches shorter than described.....
