You could melt the chocolate in the microwave and mix it with this warmed as it’ll go much thinner. **Q: Can you use this with popcorn** A: Yes melt it in the microwave drizzle it over popcorn, and then bake at a low temperature (120 celsius) for 30 mins (mix it up 7 mins into baking). **Q: Does it taste like dulce de leche?** A: Similar but a bit more fudgy. **Q: Is this thick enough to be mixed with homemade buttercream.** A: Probably, I keep mine in the fridge and it is thick enough to spread from the fridge but if it has been out of the fridge a while it can be a lot softer. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ DELICIOUS.... Texture wise Its quite a thick sauce and in the winter months its far too thick to pour over your ice cream. All you would have is a pretty solid ball of sweet sticky sauce next to your dessert. TIP: we decant a rounded teaspoon each into a ramakin and then microwave it for 15 seconds . This makes the sauce just runny enough to pour over the ice cream.
