Good product let down by insufficient warehouse packing
The product is really good - quality material, tasty and with good flavour, just like homemade.PACKING: However the packing in the warehouse had been insufficient as a result a few jars arrived with damaged tops, one leaking out all the liquid. In the past there was a similar damage. Then I had to discard the content as the rim of the jar got damaged and side of it also was cracked. Though the set of six jars was carefully rapped in bubble pack, perhaps more packing around the jars, keeping them upright and cushioned as well as putting a sticker that will indicate that the content of the packet is fragile would help a lot in improving the situation.

Value for money when going fo £6
These are OK - Good value for money when £6 - The price fluctuates up to £10 which I would defo not pay as they are 89p a jar locally (Home Bargains to be precise).

Love 'em
I love the red jalapenos - they have a slightly sweeter taste than a lot of green ones but the heat is still there if you use a lot of them.I have them a lot with Chipotle Chicken (look it up on BBC Good Food) or with prawns, mayo and pastaTry them with a slice of cheese on a digestive biscuit, proper heaven :-P

They may be cheap (much cheaper than supermarket alternatives), but sadly that is because they are rubbish. The pickling vinegar has a weird and bitter taste which is not very nice, and the actual Jalepenos are not hot at all. Out of all the Jalepenos I have had in my life I would put them in the bottom 10% for flavour and spice.

Lovely flavour and not too soft or soggy.
These have surprised me. Alenya is a brand that I've come across in cheap shops and market stalls in the past and I've tried the garlic/pepper mixes. They were okay, nothing spectacular though. So these red jalapeños have been much better than I expected. A good depth of jalapeño heat, a sweetness and full flavour as you'd expect once these chillies turn red, and not too soft and soggy (which is what I expected them to be). Full of flavour and a bright, cheery colour. They're really good!

Very unhappy consumer......
Went to open a jar of peppers and discovered 3 out of six hasn’t been sealed and therefore unusable ☹️

Great value
In my opinion these are an essential ingredient in a chilli. I find them difficult to get in most stores as green jalapeños seem to be more readily available. Good price and suits me as I like to buy in bulk
