Great value for money and fits a lot in!
As a doctor and a first aider at a residential youth camp I’ve spent a while online looking for good first aid bags. A lot of of them are very dear or cheap and flimsy so decided to give this one a go.There are 6 small internal pockets using the dividers, which are removal / adjustable as needed with Velcro. Clear pocket in inside cover and and side pockets either side. Sturdy carry strap. All in all I’m very pleased with this. My main concern was size as they’re not huge paramedic backpacks so no space for a lot of paramedic drugs / intubation equipment. For a basic first aid bag though this is more than enough. I filled two of them and made sure I had an additional box of ice packs and back up dressings so I didn’t need bigger first aid bags. Easy to carry and fill.See photos of filled bags. I had no problems with them during the week they were used and would recommend highly! This is what I had in each bag:paracetamolIbuprofenStrepsils/lemsipCetirizineSun creamHeat sprayBite/sting reliefSavlonHand gelTampons/padsVariety of plasters and dressingsTriangular bandagePen torchTweezersFoil blanketPenEye washIce packsSterile alcohol wipesGloves

Good and spacious but some irritating aspects
Ideal for lots of dressings but a bit flimsy for heavy items such as eye wash or sterile water. One of clips didn't close properly on arrival which a few minutes bending sorted, but not sure how strong they are long term. "lid" is a fiddle to get over the three side and closures are stiff (one of ours was also quite sharp along one edge). I suspect these will not last too well. We wanted for mainly dressings and some cream for in car travelling and it certainly carried plenty for our needs. I cannot think it would not serve the purpose as a first aid storage bag but some aspects irritated and I wouldn't want to be taking it in and out multiple times a day. For emergency supplies great.

A spacious and easily carried first aid bag
This is a nice sturdy first aid bag that I will keep in the back of the car. I'm a St John Ambulance first aider and we use this style of bag when delivering event first aid so it's a tried and tested format.I like the fact that it's portable and can be easily carried over the shoulder if needed. There's more than enough room inside for all of my kit with a number of pockets on the inside and outside to keep everything organised.I would recommend this bag especially if you need one that is portable with easy access to your kit when you need it.

Honest review by DM
I love this bag. I work within st Johns Ambulance, but this bag I use for my family's needs.I currently use this bag heavily for my family, as I have very active young children. It fits in all my stuff I need. Thermometer, torch, faceshield, wound dressings, triangular bandages, emergency blankets, large to small dressings, plasters, conforming bandages, scissors, stiri wipes, burn gel pads, ice packs, stethoscope. And so much more!It has several main pockets, and then one pocket in the top part of the bag, then a large net bag on the side I use for my thermometer. Attachment for pens and a torch or other things. And a small side pocket you can fit a facemask or two in.this is my go to bag, it has seperate sections, although the sections at the front can pull in and quash up. But that depends on what you put inside.

THE First Response Bag
Does everything you'd expect, rugged material, loads of room - I put a 50 man kit in it and had room for another - but I used the space for ancillaries like, burn kit, eye wash & bandage kit, resus mask & 8 disposables , 200 plasters, 2 doz. Gloves, and assorted additional dressings of all size, etc etc etc My point being, that this is the ideal first responder's kit bag, would recommend to anyone who wants to be confident that they're equipped for all situations that they're trained & competent to handle.
