Emmi-petBasic Set for Dogs - Electric ultrasonic Dog Toothbrush (Version 2.0)

My unit arrived yesterday and has been on change now for 31 hours. The blue light has gone out, but (and I know this is supposed to be quiet and non-vibrating), it shows no sign of working at all. Is this how it is supposed to be???? My other half says I have spent a hundred and seventy quid on the toothbrush with a blue light on it! How do we know it is /is not working please?

My dog has alot of thick plaque build up on her teeth close to her gum line , after 3 uses the plaque came off in one lump, i was so shocked at the brilliant results. I did purchase a metal tooth scraper aswell to help with lifting plaque but this product is definitely worth the money as long as you read and follow the instructions properly.

Very expensive item and yhe replacement heads are very overpriced seems to be working well but time will tell

Tried, didn’t work for me and my dog. Especially weird with the no sound or vibration, great if it worked and you saw some results. But hard to fathom when no light was on, and nothing to show it was working. Returned.

Have been brushing my dogs teeth using a regular toothbrush combined with plaque x for months. A week and a half of using this and a large chunk of plaque came off yesterday. It’s expensive but has saved me a trip to the vet for a teeth clean

Ended up being one of these things we leave in the cupboard as its so much faffing about. Use a normal toothbrush and get the same effects for a fraction of the cost.

It is expensive but really works, so is money well spent.

I purchased this toothbrush back in April and have waited until now to write my review to see what results were achieved. Initially, I used this toothbrush with the Emmi Pet toothpaste on my 4 year old Cockapoo’s teeth every day as he had a build up of tartar. For the last couple of months I have even using it every other day as have been alternating cleaning his teeth with a conventional dog toothbrush and enzymatic toothpaste. I have also been using Plaque Off which I add to his food to assist with the removal of the tartar build-up. My dog’s teeth have greatly improved with a few stubborn remnants of tartar remaining. I’m unsure if the improvement in his teeth is purely down to the Emmi Pet toothbrush, or the combination of methods used and unfortunately I will never know. As I said it is not a miracle worker and you need to be persistent. However, I am glad I purchased it as It means my dog doesn’t have to undergo anaesthesia to undergo a scrape and polish at the vets.

i also ordered the 2-pack large size toothbrushes and the milder flavor toothpaste to go with this kit.. turns out i did not need to do so because the Large toothbrushes are actually same size as the ‘regular’ toothbrush in this kit and the toothpaste in this kit is not the original one as shown in listing pic, it is the milder version instead.. So save your money and don’t buy extras that you don’t need just yet and may not need if you decide this ultrasonic brush doesn’t work for you!! also, you will need wooden/bamboo tooth scrapers for tartar removable to be effective (or metal ones but, those could cut/cause gum damage if dog moves)..Anyhow just wanted to say the above, we are still getting the hang of this ultrasonic toothbrush set, getting one dog to stay still for a few seconds per tooth has been quite a workout!! may end up sticking with the petlab probright powder with the other dog that is for sure..

Ottimo prodotto, unica pecca è che non fa nessun rumore e quindi c'è sempre il sospetto che non stia funzionando...

Je l’utilise tous les jours depuis plus d’un mois et je ne constate aucune efficacité. Une perte d’argent.

Mein Hund hat starken Zahnstein. Erst war ich skeptisch ob die EmmiPet helfen kann, doch schon nach der ersten Anwendung löste sich der dicke Belag von den Zähnen. Gestern von den Reisszähnen heute die Backenzähne. Also ich kann die Emmi Pet nur empfehlen!!!

Net binnen, er staat dat je de tandenborstel 24 uur moet opladen voor het eerste gebruik. De stekker die erbij zit past alleen niet in de Europese/Nederlandse stopcontacten, hoe moet ik de tandenborstel opladen?? Jammer dat je dus hier iets koopt en er geen Europese/Nederlandse adapter/oplader bij zit, is dan wel een heel erg duur product! En jammer dat dit er niet bij staat! Nu kan ik er niets mee of ik moet een adapter erbij kopen. Dure grap!
