Agar Agar Powder
I use Kate's agar agar powder for my home made vegan yogurt, as well as for a substitute for gelatin in cooking. It is a wonderful product. You don't have to be vegan to use it, but if you need gelatin for something, and don't want the stuff made from bones and skin, I highly recommend it.

It alters the taste of the gummy a bit more than the gelatin but the little one still enjoyed it.
I made tart cherry night-time gummies for my son and this worked so much better than gelatin. One bag was enough to make a few batches spread out over 2 months.

Arrived on time and was as described. We used it to make crystal gummy candy. They turned out great.

I was on a quest to make delicious, chewy gummies with agar agar as its plant based, butttt agar agar is an interesting material to work with simply because it didn’t function as well as I thought it would but it’s okay in overall performance just not the chewiest gummies🥲
