Quality control could do with being looked at. I spend 15 minutes detaching washing line that was stuck in to the paint on the struts, it's caused little dents in the paint.Easy to put up and fold again and holds around 3 loads of washing from an 8kg machine

Love this washing line. Its the best one i have had in a long time. My only problem is the cover has got yet another hole in the top of it.Please you could send a new cover out?

Reading the reviews on Amazon I was unsure which rotary washing line to buy as a replacement for my previous one, which had succumbed on a very windy day and had snapped where the main shaft went into the ground dumping my washing on the patio.I already had a space in the patio bricks to utilise for the new device and the ground peg on this one looked similar so I ordered this particular device. It was delivered three days later and was fitted the following day. I carefully aligned the spike before using a hammer and a block of wood to position the spike. Once the alignment was checked it took no more than a few minutes to complete the assembly and attach the rotary washing line.None of the lines were tangled when removed from the packaging. It is a bit stiff when you push up the top before it ratchets into place but I am confident that this will ease with a bit more use. Very pleased with this product after a week or so of use.

Only had it a couple of months and the mechanism broke so it kept collapsing

Not only is it hard to open to use, but because the post is in two parts, when you try and push the clothes line up to open it, it becomes detached from the base pole. It needs a catch or ideally one continuous pole to make the process easier

Awaiting collection to return item, faulty catch, could not use, vey dissapointed

Not very easy to open as the two pieces dont click together to lock it into place so when you try to open it it lifts off

Ive had better lines not a very sturdy line and really got to have muscles to push it up and down it will do for now but will go for better quality in the future
