First I would like to give the seller a BIG THUMS UP. I ordered this item for my son who is handicapped and is on some serious and heavy medications that have to be measured precisely. On Saturday his doctor changed one of his medications and the new medication had to be measured precisely to (1/16 of a spoon) well we drove all over town to every store we could possibly think that would carry something that would measure 1/16'th of a spoon, but could not find anything. However, I came back home stressed and worried not knowing what I can do to get one of these measuring spoons, and that's when I started searching the web and on Amazon, I came across this product. I ordered this set "LATE EVENING SATURDAY NIGHT AND THE SET WAS AT MY FRONT DOOR ON MONDAY EARLY AFTERNOON. The review I am posting my not mean anything to many, however, I just want to thank the seller for the phenomenal job they did, having delivered the product to me so quickly (It's not like the seller knew my situation as to why I needed this set so quickly). I was looking for something specifically for sodium control as it is hard to know hw much saltreally is in a pinch or two pinches etc. Now you can be sure exactly.It is really fabulous. I can think of million uses for it in the cake decorating place asit would be ideal for small precious stuff like food coloring and fragrant oils that needto be strictly controlled in size and volume.Also great for art stuff if you need to get consistent results with paint color or other additivesthat you need to measure to know and to replicate the result.I love how they are made of the perfect quality stainless steel because this makes themso easy to clean, just throw into the dishwasher and done. No residue, no rust, no plastic.They come on a nifty hoop so you can easily find the size you need, they stay together when neededor you can open them and take one out of the ring easily when you need it. The ring opensvery easily and the spoon slides right off of it.Otherwise it is very securely closed and does not come undone by itself.
