No the handlebar is not adjustable. This makes it more secure. My kids had the ones that allowed you adjust it and started complaining because it would always come loose on them.

The correct wheel size is 110mm :)

Yes there shouldn't be a problem installing pegs on this scooter. All you need is longer axles but peg normally come with the required axles for it
