This by far one of the best tools a maintenance guy could have. This paid for itself after the first two uses. Easy to use. Instructions included are easy to understand. Drop the Hinge Doctor over the hinge and gently open the door to bend hinges back to where they should be.

This is an excellent product that paid for itself the first day of use here at our school, which is less than 2 years old and has normal settling going on. Of course the settling makes our doors 'sag' and they rub near the top of the frame. So long as the frame is not damaged, this little tool works every time! If the frame is damaged your results will vary so use with caution if this is the case as you can make the problem worse if you are overzealous with it.

Awesome tool, did what I expected to tighten up the top hinges and level the door out so that they no longer rubbed the top of the door facing. This is a must for commercial buildings.
