Cute decorations, even though I got some funny jokes about the 1️⃣ balloon. Paper plates are decent quality for snacks and party appetizers. Straws are cardboard ones

For the price it wasn't a bad purchase per se, however, I couldn't find anywhere local to inflate the #1 balloon so we just hung it up. The decorations are easy to put together. The plates were extremely flimsy. Overall for the price it's not bad, just buy your own helium tank from Walmart to inflate the foil balloon.
