These books are the best quality and best value for watercolor paper! The book quality is nice and suitable for many different projects and perfect for all types of media including of course, watercolor! I have ordered these many times and been totally happy with them every time. They are actually one of my favorite things to reorder and I am always so excited to open up the package like its a fresh new start. They are hardbound and durable and the paper quality is enough to withstand lots of mediums and its relatively thick and its fairly good at resisting warp from watercolor or any wet mediums though it will. I think they have a decent amount of pages in each book and i have rarely had bleedthough. These books are the best! I have not found a better value and quality.

this is my second set . . . excellent quality, and a real bargain ... I use mine for plein air watercolor sessions. they're a handy size and the "book" binding keeps the paintings safe when traveling or just bouncing around. the paper is high quality & takes a beating when necessary . . . the durable binding & covers are great

Love these!! I buy them all the time for all types of crafts. The paper is so sturdy and strong. It’s great for watercolor but also for markers and ink. The texture is slightly rough which is great for blending. It absorbs water or markers without bleeding through the page. They are the perfect size to use on any type of art craft. So easy to use since pencil, pens markers and paint stick so well to the paper.

Very nice to sketch in the field. The paper is thick enough for washes. The hard cover and size make it convenient to use on your lap.

This is excellent for gouache and drawing in ink. Not great for watercolor except for light washes, it's a bit thin. But for the price you can't beat it for a sketchbook. The cover is attractive and the paper is a nice shade of white. Will definitely buy again, although it will take me a while to get through all the pages.

Hier bekommt man 2 Sketchbooks mit jeweils 38 Aquarell-Blättern (wenn jedes Blatt von vorn und hinten bemalt wird, entspricht das wie angegeben 76 Seiten). Ich habe es mir wegen der Größe und dem quadratischen Format bestellt, da mir die gängigen Formate zu klein sind. Auf dem Foto kann man gut erkennen, wie sich das Papier bei dem großen, mit sehr viel Wasser gemalten Kreis im Farbverlauf verhalten hat. (Dazu muss ich aber auch sagen, dass ich oben am Rand nur eine große Klammer zum Fixieren genutzt habe.) Da ich das Buckeln des Papiers aber auch von anderen Herstellern kenne und selbst eher wenig Wasser nutze, finde ich das Papier durchaus ausreichend. Es ist ein Sketchbook und dort müssen (sollen) keine perfekte Bilder drin entstehen 😉 Die Körnung ist auch für detaillierte Illustrationen geeignet und dabei verzieht sich das Papier auch nicht, auch mehrfaches layern und lasieren war kein Problem (sieht man auf dem Foto bei den Pilzen). Maskierflüssigkeit hat auch super funktioniert, sowie die typischen Aquarell-Wasserflecke. Preis-Leistung für mich absolut in Ordnung 👍

Excellent paper, 9x12” is what I was looking for to use with my gel plate. Because the book opens flat, this is perfect size. The paper is lightly textured so it should easily transfer my prints from the gel plate. The books are very attractive and arrived in good condition. Very happy with purchase. I just tried pulling a print. The paper works well with acrylics, posca pens, watercolour brush pens, and stamping ink. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Recommend
