I've been using it from 3 days , for neck pain relief , and normal bags get cold but these aren't cheap normal ones , these last longer and keep it nice and warm .

Product quality is very good and it's really helpful product for me. It's portable to carry everywhere.

These have an extremely strong rubber odor. They hold heat well enough and do the job, but I can’t get over the smell.

The rubber smell will drive you out of the room, straight out of package. BUT, as us older folks know, this will fade. ALSO, I found a THOROUGH soaking & cleaning with hot soapy water & then soaked with a good grease/oil cleaner, like simple-green or llysol, can remove enough, that you'd have to lift to your nose, to smell the rubber.OTHERWISE,this is the best old fashioned, long lasting heat, you'll find.Great for pain & keeping warmI've made a bag, from a towel. & carry a hot water bottle all winter long.These two, were purchased as gifts for friends who wanted one. After seeing & experiencing mine, last winter.FYI...adding cold water in summer...voila...cool pack! 😉👍

These hot water bottles have a strong rubbery chemical smell, which gets stronger when they're full of hot water. This is true even after a month or longer! It's too bad, as they're nice otherwise. But we can't really use them.

I thought I'd be at least a little disappointed based on some of the reviews I read, but these are actually pretty great so far! The smell doesn't put me off using them at all (I mean, come on, they're made of rubber, of COURSE they're a bit odorous at first!) The listing says they have a 2 liter total capacity, but they actually hold a total of 3 liters. I like the fact that there's a built-in funnel and a tab to hold onto, and they retain a good amount of heat for about 4 hours. I'll probably be getting another set before I go camping in a few months so my sleeping bag is extra warm.

Great value, though you must let the bottle breathe outside of the packaging for about 28 hours to avoid off-gassing odors. Love my hot water bottle.

Not that you need to be an Einstein to understand how a hot water bottle works, but 99% of the instructions were written in Chinese.This needs to be rectified. Other than that the smell is not as other people mentioned, and these will be tested once it gets cold.
