These underwear do have some absorbency. You can leave through the bad and it won’t leak through the underwear all the way to your pants. I still recommend replacing pads frequently.

Q: Has anyone bought the petite size that fits 23-34in instead of the regular size? Is there much difference? The regular size is sold out,unfortunately.

The difference between both is that the Petite is fro women with a smaller torso, It will still fit just probably will sit a bit lower.
