Folks just got these on Monday 4/8, initial impression was very good. I could tell this was good quality. Today I did a chest and shoulder work out, what a pump! Takes a little to adjust if you’ve never used these type of bands but you can get a great workout, anywhere with these. Tip: I applied 303 Protectant to them the day I got them. Sprayed each then used a microfiber to remove excess. This will ensure longer life to the bands. Another tip, check out James Grage on youtube, he has a great explanation on why these are good to use, and has several workouts. No I’m not being paid by him but I saw his videos and they basically convinced me to get them. He has his own bands and workout with an app which seem great but I can’t afford that..☹️😁Good luck hope this review helps. Forgive any typos..🤭

I purchased these bands after buying an expensive one from Dick's Sporting Goods; I was too impatient and wanted to try working out with this band right away. I should have waited. They arrived quickly and nicely packaged. I got four bands with this order for the same price I paid for one. The bands are excellent and equal in quality to my pricey band. I use the green band to assist with pull-ups. They work wonderfully. My personal trainer even purchased a set for her clients.

These assist bands are very strong and seem durable. I weight 180+ pounds and use them every day. So far no complaints. I not only use them for pull-ups but also for abs, chest, and leg exercises.

This four band set of red, black, purple, and green is just right for my wife and I. I’m 160 lbs and she is just under 100. She could never do a single unassisted pull-up and I’ve have some cranky tendon issues from elbow down. The green is great for starters for her, then she can progress to the purple. She was thrilled to do her first pull-ups with the band!I’m using the black then will progress down to the red. Couldn’t be happier so far. I was skeptical at the price of these because high end ones tend to cost a lot more. However, just for 35 bucks I am VERY pleased with the quality of the product. I am currently using them as a part of resistance training for building mass. I am convinced these are a great addition to use along with weights. I've also seen videos where some body builders claim it's possible to only use resistance bands and gain a decent amount of muscle. For such a cheap price, it doesn't hurt to try them if you never used resistance bands before.Edit: Do not enter there website, because it's not up anymore and redirects you to some random website. However, the seller has good communication and up holds his life time guarantee through amazon. Very pleased with costumer service. The quality of the bands are good.

Update: My personal training have began to grow so I just ordered more sets of these because they have been so great.Bands such as these can get pricey but I took the risk ordering these and figured I could always send them back. When I got them they were so sturdy and easily just as good as any other bands that I have used in the gyms. Not only that but with a quick registration they have a lifetime guarantee. I take them everywhere with me now and have been able to have quality workouts while on the road or if I need to have a low impact, quality workout.

I originally bought these bands to use for pull ups until I have the strength to perform a pull up without the help. However, I have found so many exercise uses with these bands plus they are great for travel. They come in a neat carrying case and are light enough to stick in a duffle for the gym or drop in a suit case. I can use them for curls, over head press and my favorite core exercise by placing the bands over hands above head and below feet like a star position and using legs to move sideways. This works every muscle. This product is a gym must. Bands are well made with several strengths.
