Good and Bad
I like that xylitol can help prevent cavities and I worked for a dentist and he agreed. Too much can give some oeople an upset stomach but you would have to eat 40 pieces a say. I don't like that the flavor doesn't last that long. G

Great flavor and no aspartame. Contains xylitol which is actually good for your teeth.. no sugar or soy. Also great if you suffer with dry mouth as it truly keeps your mouth moist. My go to!
