It protects from water 100% the plastic seems cheap but overall it's a nice looking protection case. I just hope is last long .. But for now it works to take to the beach and take nice pictures on vacations ..

I recently moved to a beach area and needed something to protect my phone. This work wonderfully! I kept one for myself and gave the other two to family members. Excellent investment at a low cost!

Not worth the effort to usr

Bought this for our yearly beach visit. The IPhone was dropped into the hot tub (by my 13 year old). Worked, however....one use only once you open it up to take out the phone, the inside becomes wet :( It is like a one time one use item! Wish I just would have dropped the money on the boxes that seal and protect.

Completely waterproof but didn't take pictures under the water in the ocean I think iPhones have a shut off based on the pressure under the water. Still very handy though

Nice case. I bought it for my Galaxy 3S and it fit's it well, with OUT any case on it. I have an Otter Box Defender on my phone and it will not fit in this case. That's the only drawback.

These cases protect your phone, but they lose their sensitivity to your touch under water. What I mean by that is that when you press the button under water to take a picture, it doesn't read your touch ;-( I was hoping for the best at a cheap price, and it really does protect your iphone under water, but if you actually want to take pictures under water with it, you have to do a couple extra steps. We push the VIDEO button on prior to going underwater, then when we come up for air, we turn the VIDEO button off. If we want a still shot from something in the video, we pull it from the video. So all and all, we are getting what we need from this case, but it just takes a few extra steps.

works well, once you figure out how to open it! no problem with sound on i4 controls work through clear plastic. have not tried getting it wet yet. i use it by the pool, just to be safe. it does get hot, so keep shaded from sun.
