Great Chair, Would Recommend
The chair is great. Looks just like the picture. Assembly is very easy, less than 5 minutes, and I am terrible at assembling things, and the chair is very comfortable.

It does not surprise with value.
Its a cheap chair, and it doesn't surprise in quality.Headrest is comically problematic and cheap. I would be surprised if it lasts a year.Chair is not very comfortable at all, and like other say, the lumbar is a pain and nuisance rather than a benefit.I almost regret buying the chair. At $250 I would expect something of at least decent build quality.

Almost four years so far
This chair has been comfortable, no issues with the lumbar support. (6' height) The seat mesh has stretched but not bottoming out. Wheels have been replaced. Occasionally the lift will drop slowly on its own when leaning back or to the side. I find the armrest comfortable and durable. As with the rest of the chair, they show almost no signs of wear. Impressed since it's been used almost daily for over three years.

For small people
This chair is for someone 5'6" or under. If you're taller than that, the adjustments will not work for you.

Controversial
I love it as much as I hate it. Been using it for months now.I love the design, the overall feel, how it looks from the side, how much it is adjustable.I hate the lumbar support, it hurts. I ended up squishing a piece of foam between the adjustable support plastic and the mesh. Now it feels much better.I hate the arm support rubber material. It collects static electricity like a giant magnet. I hate that feeling. I ended up adding an armrest cushion (from amazon) and it became a much better experience.Another thing that is controversial is the casters. They are way too smooth. If you are looking for smooth casters these are the best. I didn't like moving around when not intended. Ended up replacing the casters with fixed casters (from amazon). These are not perfect as well. It can be challenging moving in and out. But during work, my distance from my desk doesn't change unintentionally. I choose this not-perfect experience over the other. It also collects tons of dust. I am not sure if this is a bad thing. I believe it is because of the material. Not sure. But having my chair collect all (a lot of) the dust of the room, I guess I like it, makes it easy to get rid of the dust.Do I know a more comfy chair? YES.Would I replace this with that one? NO, that one is ugly, lol.

Don't Buy
Ruined my lower back. Wobbly, creeky, loud, uncomfortable. Regret purchasing this POS. Look elsewhere.

This is the same as the Wau chair from Scandinavian designs!
This is the same as the Wau chair from Scandinavian designs at a much cheaper price. I went into Scandinavian designs and tried it out, it was very comfortable to me, lumbar did not bother me as many others had an issue here. The controls do not feel that sturdy as I am used to my Herman miller chairs but at the price it is ok. I like the way the back relines this is why I m planning to order this chair.
