I purchased a 1-2 kg salt lamp but when I received it, I found that Rural Kart shipped to me a 2-3 kg one with a personalized note addressing me that since they do not have a stock of 1-2 kg lamp, they send a bigger one to me at no additional cost. Amazing lamp and the light emitted is very pleasant... It's heavy I must say... But to sum it up.. The beautiful handwritten nite Rural Kart sent with the product has just made it even more special... I am just not sure should I remove the plastic wrap of the lamp or not...

salt block has a bulb underneath, so that it can be used as a lamp. But there are a couple of problems in the design 1. the bulb should be on anytime else the salt stats dripping water 2. if the bulb is off(current goes off) for a long time, the holder accumulates water and an electrical hazard 3. irrespective if I am using the salt block as is without bulb, water drips and so have to find a way to accumulate water and clean it periodically. it's messy! I don't not how much good is happening because of the salt but high maintenance

Just received it today, I am sure that i will be able to manage it to be lightned up 24/7, I just wish it does not chips off! (Salt lamsp do not react well to humidity, it's necessary for it to be on throughout) Having only received it 20 mins ago, really happy!

Rural Karts salt lamp is best . Its sturdy, good value for money, very bright and adds a beautiful glow to the room. I have bought several of these as gifts for friends and they all loved it.

It worked well but from the last two weeks it stopped working and it is not getting switched on. Don’t know how to get this fixed now..

Super grateful to Rural Kart for the product. They were kind enough to send me a 2-3 kg lamp instead of a 1-2 kg which I actually ordered. The handmade note was quite heartfelt. I have always kept a rock salt lamp in my house and strongly believe that it cuts negative vibrations. This is made of fine quality and is original not artificial.
