I bought these when they were relatively new in 2021 for $180 each. They're cheaper now. I don't really have any negative things to say about these cameras except that they were pricey when I bought them.Over the 15+ months I've used them, I don't have any complaints. They've held up, are sturdy, were relatively easy to install, and the quality are fantastic. We hooked these up to an existing fusion NVR system. The sound quality is pretty good, and the motion lights work well if you want to use them. They're flexible in how you want to adjust them as well.Ultimately, despite all the good and no/little bad, I would still say the price I paid was high. At a price of ~$130, it's a lot more palatable. I'd have no problem buying more to expand my system if needed at that price.

I have the lorex 4k camera system with the bullet camera style. I needed a dome so I can get my whole driveway and garage doors and this was the right camera for the task. Keep in mind that bullet camera view is further and dome is wider.My bullet camera can view across the street in the same position while the dome views only to my sidewalk.

Purchased for my childcare facility. Easy to install, great quality, and accessible by phone.

Bought an entire system with 8 of these and a PTZ then bought this as a single add on all within the last 6 months. Now the compatibility list for my 6 month old NVR is dwindling and they are not willing to do any upgrades etc. The system will work if you get it, but don't expect technical support, warranty, or upgrades, and do expect dwindling support and dwindling compatibility.

Not a big fan of the way it mounts, but the camera functions great and was easy to connect to the NVR.

Camera and housing are made of high quality cast aluminum. The set up was quite easy and video quality is superb during the day, but night vision is a different story.The camera motion sensor light, when triggered by a moving object/person, will turn on temporarily to increase the surrounding brightness, which can also cause over exposure of the Infrared BW video for a few seconds. During a dark night, when the motion sensor light is on, the camera will quickly adjust to the sudden increase in surrounding brightness and switch from its infrared BW to color night vision video mode.It is during this video mode switching, the video was completely distorted at night for a few seconds, thereby unable to capture the moving object/person until they had already left the camera field of view. This makes the camera almost useless at night to capture any fast moving object/person. Also, the camera motion light cannot be manually turned off in the Lorex App, so the only remedy is to have an outdoor light nearby that stays lit 100% at night to keep the camera in its color night vision mode at all times (not switching back and forth between BW and color video modes).Also, the camera motion detection seems random at times and only good in the center field of view, not very sensitive at the image edge (despite setting the motion sensitivity to 5). Overall, this camera HW features and built quality deserve a 5 star, but the faulty night time video mode switching and unreliable motion detections caused by SW makes it a low bar. I'm hopeful that Lorex will have an update to correct the above issues in their next FW release.
