This is my favourite book ever. Christines recipes are simple to follow and show that dieting doesn’t need to be boring. All the recipes work, even when I make mistakes or have to substitute ingredients they turn out amazing.I have bought this book for family and also have her other ones - ‘gut health diet plan’ and ‘eat to get younger’. Even if on paper the recipes don’t sound like they would be tasty, just give them a try and you’ll be surprised.Don’t let the ingredients put you off, once you’ve done a few recipes you’ll have all you need in the cupboards to make these pretty cheaply.
