AMASS Riverine Distilled Non-Alcoholic Spirit, 750ml

While I don't think this is a good gin-substitute (sorry, I love my gin too much), I think it's a fantastic option to mix with soda water, if you love bitters & soda. To me, the flavor is very forest-y with a bit of citrus, with a strong herbal aroma. I look forward to adding it to cocktails as well, but it's a great option for days when you want to skip alcohol, or as a mocktail.

Don’t be fooled by the beautiful branding & packaging (like I was). I’d been wanting to try this for a long time, but seemed like a splurge. This tastes like compost & smells like it too. Soo disappointed. I’ve now tried Monday & Seedlip, both are way better zero sugar, zero alcohol botanical alternatives.

I've recently been getting into non-alcoholic spirits, and I picked this one out to try. I was thinking it might be like gin, or something of that nature, but that wasn't the case. Instead, it had a strong, tho kind of generic, botanical flavour. It didn't work straight up or on the rocks, but I did find it worked okay mixed with Spicy V8, which sort of masked the flavour. I've had much better luck with the Ritual line of n/a spirits, and Monday n/a Gin is very nice!

I bought it because I was intrigued but immediately upon tasting it, wasn’t sure what I was paying $35 for. The flavor profile is clean and mixes well, but it feels like another mixture- there’s nothing that makes this stand out. In fact, it fades to the back a little too much for me. I expect the flavor to be extremely refined or delicious & very prominent in order to justify purchasing this non-juice juice. I’m sorry, I’m sure a lot of work went into it but I don’t think it’s effective. I want to feel like I’m having a treat and it didn’t feel special.

Really love the taste of this spirit, great for adding that little extra something to both non-alc and alcoholic cocktails. Wish the flavor was a little stronger because the taste is great! Also love that it comes in a bottle that can be repurposed!

This is the second AMASS product that I've tried and I must say all the packages arrive well packaged and the bottles are beautiful. It's a highly giftable item because it looks so beautiful. Aroma. This non-alcoholic spirit is very aromatic and herbally. If you are setting the mood, it's great next to a candle and the scent will linger in the area. Flavor. I tried it alone and as a mixer; I personally like it better as a mixer because the herbaceous aroma is a little strong for me to drink alone. Just to tone it down, I would use vodka/gin since there isn't a lot of flavor in those. I like my drinks sweet and sour, so I made it into a full cocktail with simple syrup and lime.

This is my first time trying non-alc spirits, and I was pleasantly surprised by it. I like that you can enjoy a nice cocktail without having to use alcohol. It has a lot of interesting flavors in it, which I really do enjoy. I wouldn't compare it directly to something like gin because the flavors are pretty different in my opinion-- that said, the complexity of the flavors make it taste more like something new and very refreshing. The packaging and bottle look very classy, so it would make a really nice gift, too!

I'm not sure what we're going for here - this product just barely has any taste, and its like just a hint of flavor - like a cucumber slice in a glass of water. No reason for a mixer, just pour in a glass of ice and search for taste. Anyone who says this product is a good gin substitute has either A. not had gin in a very long time or B. is a stockholder in this company and desperately trying to improve it ratings. Packaging was very fancy and it was in a painted glass bottle. Product inside doesn't hold up. Don't waste your money here.
