ARCTIC FOX Cruelty FREE and Vegan Pool Party Foaming Hair Mask

Because of the mixed reviews I really wanted to give this a good test. I washed my hair and then used this as a mask It coated hair well and easily. I left on for about 10 minutes then rinsed. It rinsed out totally clean no residue. I did not use any other conditioning products I rinsed out pool part then towel dried and lightly blow dried hair. My hair was manageable enough to brush pretty easily and once my hair was dry it was super soft and my Artic Fox color had nice shine. I think this is a good product it does what it claims. If you are looking for a damage repair mask this is not for you but it doesn't claim to be a repairing treatment. It does exactly what it says in description. I used it for my wash before my Artic Fox coloring because I don't want any residue left in my hair when adding the color.

It's so drying, it did nothing for my hair. For a conditioner, it has no moisturizing effects.

I got this to use after coloring my hair and...it really didn't help much?I was using all Arctic Fox products, from the bleach to the color to the mask and I don't feel like they worked well together. It smells like sunscreen (which I kinda liked, don't come for me), and it was really nice to apply! But for overall performance, I wasn't super impressed.

I purchased this from AF's official website and not Amazon. It sounded fun and unique because it is foam rather than the usual cream masks but it did not work at all in actual use. Did not moisturize hair even after leaving it on longer than the 10 minutes suggested. You also have to use alot to make it seem like the hair is anywhere near saturated. The fragrance reminded me of men's cologne and when combined with the foam texture, it really seemed to me that this was just shaving cream "rebranded" as a conditioner. Definitely would not buy again.
