SiggDream Shade Water Bottle (0.65 L), Pollutant-Free and Heat-Resistant Glass Bottle, Leak-Proof Glass Water Bottle with Silicone Case

I was looking for a wider mouthed bottle as I always worry I could knock my teeth on a narrow one, and I find the size of the opening perfect. The materials seem lovely, nice sturdy glass and an inner stainless steel lid top. The water only touches the stainless steel and rubber seal not the plastic side on the sides of the lid which is just what I wanted. I have had it upside down filled up all day and it has not leaked, the lid seems to go on very secure. The silicone is surprisingly loose when you pull it around the side openings but does not feel baggy when on. I find it difficult to remove the sleeve as its quite tight at the top so I am going to hand wash the bottle and leave it on in case I can't get it back on. It is a great size, maybe a bit bulky but for 6.5 its to be expected. The only negative is that it has a strong smell, I presume this is the silicone sleeve, it is a chemical-like scent but I don't think Sigg would put any bad chemicals in it as they seem to be a company of integrity. I haven't used this out yet to test its durability, as I know some people reported theirs broke, but hopefully it will be OK as it seems sturdy.

Love this bottle, glass so it gets very cold in fridge and tastes cleaner (opposed to plastic) good wide neck for drinking and cleaning and the neoprene cover gives it a bit of style and grip.So nice I had to buy my wife the red one!

Not a bad glass bottle, the silicone sleeve is a little bit on the baggy side, I was expecting it to have been Swiss made like the aluminium ones but as with many products it is from China

Da wir endlich von den Einweg 0,5 Wasserflaschen Abstand nehmen wollten und uns einen Sodastreamer angeschafft haben, habe ich lange nach einer Trinkflasche für meine Söhne gesucht. Zuerst hatten sie Kunststofflaschen, aber in diesen nimmt das Wasser nach kürzester Zeit den Kunststoffgeschmack an.Diese Flaschen haben mei e beiden Söhne nun täglich im Einsatz. Erst hatte ich Bedenken, ob die Glasflasche in der Schultasche heil bleibt. Bislang ist sie noch unversehrt. Geschmacklich einwandfrei und durch die große Öffnung auch toll zu befüllen und zu reinigen.Einmal ist mir beim Öffnen nach einem Schultag jedoch der Deckel vor Überdruck um die Ohren geflogen, zum Glück ist alles heil geblieben. Ich hoffe, dass neinen Kindern nicht auch noch passiert. Unter Druck lässt sich der Drehverschluss nur schwer öffnen. Deshalb nur 4 Sterne.
