MENOPAUSE LADIES!!Omg, this stuff helps me sleep so good!! I started taking it after dinner and noticed the sleep I get is soooo amazing. I do take it with my Krill oil and a probiotic . I started taking it in the am today to see if it keeps my blood sugar regulated. You cannot drink coffee with it so you have to wait at least 2 hours. It's 11:30 and not even hungry yet. I took it at 5:30 am. Drink lots of water throughout the day! It WILL help it curb your appetite. I ALSO take the micro ingredients collagen with my coffee. I have noticed a big difference in my clothes fitting and waist only on inositol for 5 days!! TRY IT!!

I’ve been drinking this for 3 days now with prenatals too cause I’ve been loosing hair so much that just running my hands through my hair I’ll bring back chunks of hair I suffer from pcos and thought this would help I’ve also see dermatologist recommend prenatals too cause it gives you other vitamins your body needs and just in 3 days it’s been working! Now I can’t say about my hair growing because it’s only 3 days but I have faith my hair with grow thick again cause of less shedding. And it doesn’t taste nasty at all

Calidad y precio lo valen

Éste suplemento para mí asido lo mejor en mis 32 años de vida. Les comento que soy de las mujeres que sufren mucho todos los meses debido al síndrome pre menstrual y este mes de marzo que empecé a tomar este suplemento no me ha dado ninguno de los síntomas que me daban Antes y hasta terminaba todos los meses tomando antibiótico porque me enfermaba. En conclusión, mujeres les recomiendo este suplemento si de verdad quieren sentirse con energía, con tranquilidad mental, con control de sus propias hormonas.

Have taken it everyday for 2 weeks. Easily dissolves in water. It’s not gritty and does not taste bad at all! It’s above my expectations i typically don’t write reviews but I did because I can’t be the only women with PCOS with low energy. My energy levels have increased taking this product I can’t say yet if it has helped with my cycle but so far I can tell I have more energy through out the day don’t feel foggy and tired in the evening.
