I purchased this mobile phone for my father-in-law who has sight problems. He is very pleased with the size of the buttons and, with their big white text, he can easily see the numbers on them. There is also a recorded voice which tells the user which number button they have pressed when dialling. The phone is a little larger than his previous one, but this again is not a bad thing for him, as it is easier to hold and still small enough to fit in a pocket.Set up was quite straight forward for someone who is used to setting up basic technology, with clear and concise instructions provided. As stated when purchased, there is no SIM card included in the box but this was not an issue as we were able to just swap the SIM from my father-in-laws old phone, which had all his contacts on.There are probably some functions on the phone which my father-in-law may not use (camera, calendar, alarms, etc) but it was great to see them included in the specifications and for the more tech savvy users who need a large button mobile phone then this is a good buy.The 'emergency call' button is a great feature and again is easily set up to call and send a customisable text message to as many as five different contacts. Just having the one button to press to summon help if he needs it will also give my father-in-law confidence when he goes out on his mobility scooter.In summary, this appears to be great little phone for someone who may have problems seeing and using some of the fiddly mobile phones that you can buy. It is basic enough for my father-in-law but does have some great features if you want to use them, many of which I have not covered in this review.It was also great customer service to be contacted (via Amazon) by Michael, the owner of 'Easiphone' to thank me for my purchase, offering help and support if I need it. It's nice to see someone proud of their product.

Purchased for my elderly mother who is quite hard of hearing and hates anything technical. She found the keys difficult to press. The loudspeaker was not loud enough for her to hear properly. The charger did not work. On reporting that the charger was not working I was promised a replacement. Still waiting 4 months later.

I purchased this for my mother, who's 88 and struggles to use the TV controller so I needed a phone to be clear and simple to use. The large buttons and easy to use preprogrammed family members on speed dial was one of the most important features for her. This is very easy to set up and use and she called me on it which proves we picked the right phone for her.I also loved the fact it charges in a shoe so for her it is just like her old land line phone.We've only had the phone a week but at the moment are delighted with it.

Got this for my husband for Christmas and he's still trying to get it set up, have had to order another sim as it's asking for two. Apart from that it looks good feels good to hold and keys easy to make out. Hopefully it'll be up and running soon.

Phone seems decent, easy to use. However the earpiece volume seems poor for such a phone. I see no mention anywhere on it of the gps aspect it claims it can send via the SOS button ?It also came branded as Uniwa or something like that, NOT Easyphone as this advert indicates, even if there were some Easyphone literature in the box.Visible screen is quite small compared to how it appears in the pictures, and as such, on contacts list full names cannot be seenWell 3 months later, the buttons have become unresponsive making it impossible to actually use. Trying to figure out how to get it returned or replaced ?Lots of room for improvement to make it actually an easy phone.

I purchased this phone for an elderly relative who had previously had a nightmare with mobile phones. Trying to find one that was elderly person user friendly and effective, was nigh impossible. That is, until I found the Easiphone Big Button mobile phone, designed by a genius who was totally switched on to the needs of the elderly in a mobile phone. It’s so easy to set up. Easy to use, extremely easy to read and basically does exactly what it says on the tin. It has certainly totally opened up the world of communication for my relative. Definitely recommend it!!

Description of item not accurate, DOES NOT WORK ON ALL NETWORKS, came with a foreign charger plug and not a UK one...pretty damn useless!!!

Now I have got the sim card sorted (nothing to do with this company) I am super pleased with this phone, bought for my 87 year old father in law and the ease of use is perfect. Nice size screen and buttons are just right for him to be able to see without glasses. Easy to charge with docking station, so light and compact. Brilliant just brilliant. Oh and thanks for the quick response in email when I needed a little help.
