I've only used this for one night but I had to write a review because I love it.The 10kg weight of the blanket is very nice, it doesn't feel too heavy in fact I might want to get a second for extra weight eventually. I suspect that's a matter of preference tho.The included cover is very soft and nice to the touch. I'm autistic and very sensitive to materials but this is perfect for me.The size is slightly smaller than a standard double bed sheet which will make finding extra covers an issue. Perfect size for a single person tho.It feels cooler than my regular duvet, which is perfect because with the warm weather and running hot generally I was worried about overheating. I still have to have a fan running overnight but I'm actually cooler than usual.Other reviews mention the beads falling to the side and I've definitely noticed that, but I will say it's not impacted me as much as I was worried about. The beads do gather in the corners but for me it still feels great, as they provide tension on the top giving the weighted feeling.Very happy with my purchase, I bought it for £40 and it feels well made for the price. This was my first weighted blanket and it has left a good impression. I had wanted to try one for a long time but the prices were out of my budget without knowing if I would like it. This one is budget friendly but also feels very high quality. Highly recommend.

Bought this for our son to take to university so he could leave his old one at home for visits. The cover is great, lovely and soft. He says it's just right and he feels all cuddled when under it so he sleeps well even in a new place.

I love my blanket. It really helps me sleep. It was half price so it was a bargain. I like the washable cover.

This is my first weighted blanket and I love it. Only slight thing is that the weight moves within the blanket. It's slow so you don't notice it whilst going off to sleep but after a couple of nights all the weight is at the edges and you have to shake it back to the middle. Otherwise would be 5 stars

I've been wanting a weighted blanket forever and finally got my act together and ordered the 8.6kg one.It arrived in good time, very well packaged in its own zippy case which will be great for storage if I ever take it off the bed! 😂The paisley cover is beautiful, cream and navy and feels like satinised cotton but not slippery. The design is really attractive and doesn't break your eyeballs -always a bonus.The weight is GLORIOUS. 8.6kg is heavy but that's what I wanted - I had toyed with getting the 10+ kg but very glad I didn't! You get in like a Bloomer loaf and come out a communion wafer.... Absolutely fine by me! 😂😂 The weight is incredibly soothing and have had a couple of nights of serious sleep.My only disappointment is that this is the size of a single duvet cover - but it does the job very well indeed. Highly recommended and may very well get one for lounging in the sofa! Mind your face and eyes when you pull it over yourself, it comes at quite some speed and weight... Definitely not worth a black eye! You've been warned. Press buy. Do it now! 😁

I love this as it is so comfortable. Who ever does bed change duty hates it as it is heavy. What else would you expect from a weighted blanket?

Seit 3 Monaten benütze ich die Decke und ich muss sagen: mein Schlaf ist wirklich besser geworden.Ich kann schneller einschlafen, und es ist einfach so gemütlich sich ins Bett zu kuscheln.Ich benütze eine normale Steppdecke, und die Therapiedecke (im Bettbezug) extra obendrauf.Man muss aber sagen: (Extra) Bezug tauschen, Bett machen usw ist sooo anstrengend.Wenn man sich die Decke noch etwas höher ziehen will (beim im Bett liegen) muss man sich auch anstrengen bzw mit den Füßen 'mitheben'.

Ich habe mir die Gewichtsdecke bestellt, da ich einen sehr unruhigen Schlaf habe und aus dem Bekanntenkreis gehört habe, dass eine Gewichtsdecke dies regulieren kann.Also habe ich mich auf die Suche gemacht und bin fündig geworden. Da ich nicht bereit war eine preislich hohe Decke zu erwerben, wollte ich im Niedrig bis Mittelmaß schauen.Und ich bin qualitativ nicht enttäuscht worden. Die Decke hält, was sie verspricht und ist gut verarbeitet.Ich hatte keine Probleme bei der ersten Nutzung und konnte ohne Probleme einschlafen. Die Decke fühlt sich angenehm an und die Kügelchen merkt man so gut wie gar nicht.Mein Schlaf ist tatsächlich ruhiger geworden, auch wenn ich es mittlerweile schaffe, diese nachts wegzustrampeln.Nun habe ich natürlich keinen Vergleich zu höher presilichen Decken, ob man einen Qualitätsunterschied merkt oder nicht. Aber ehrlich gesagt würde ich diesen Kauf im Zweifel nochmal tätigen :)

Anfängliche Bedenken sind nun der totalen Begeisterung gewichen. Den ersten Waschgang in der Waschmaschine hat die Decke im Schongang ohne Probleme überstanden. Die Doppelsteppung wird hoffentlich halten, was die verspricht.
